Asbestos removal - Demolition - Lead Paint Removal

We were engaged to carry out extensive demolition and stripout works at the Artarmon Bowling Club for Willoughby Council. Our scope included safe removal of asbestos sheets from the eaves surrounding the building and lead paint stripping from heritage windows, both internally and externally. We also completed a full stripout of the kitchen and male/female bathrooms, removed all floor coverings, and demolished the bar area. To facilitate safe removal of the front entry windows and doors, we constructed a protective hoarding at the building’s front. Additionally, we removed all non-heritage windows as part of the upgrade works.
